• Please allow 3 to 5 business days for processing orders placed by 12pm PST.

International Shipping:

• Please allow 3 to 7 business days for processing orders placed by 12pm PST
• Please note there may be a customs fee when importing products from the US to your country

Missing / Stolen Package Policy

• Please check with the shipping carrier for details on missing / stolen packages. We are not responsible for stolen packages. Reach out to info@avostherapy.com 

• Customers who have purchased 'Shipping Protection by Route' through Shopify must contact Route directly per their terms, as we are not affiliated with Route and do not manage their claims process.

• We process orders Monday through Friday (excluding holidays).
