Return Policy

• We offer a 30 day money back guarantee, if you aren't 100% satisfied with the results you are getting from your AVOS, send them back with no questions asked.
• We replace manufacturer defects at any time; however, if a product has been replaced outside a one-year term, we may not replace it again in the future, and such replacements are limited to a one-time exception.
• Return Processing Time: Once we receive a return shipment, please allow 2–4 weeks for processing. This includes inspection, verification, and final resolution or replacement. We appreciate your patience during this time.
